# Privacy Policy

You agree to this privacy policy by using our services and inviting the bot through the Discord platform provided by Discord Inc. and its related companies.

Our services comply with the [Discord Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms), [Discord Privacy Policy](https://discord.com/privacy), and [Discord Developer Policy](https://discord.com/developers/docs/policies-and-agreements/developer-policy).

## Processed data

By deafault the bot will save your discord identificator and the guild identificator used for each of the commands, appart of the data provided by the user for certain configurations ( like tickets or verification methods ) .

This data is not and **will never be shared with third parties** or collected over long periods of time.

## Deletion of data

User data will be automaticly deleted after 3 week inactivity, including the user configurations.

Data associated with servers is deleted if the bot is no longer present on the server for approximately 2 days ( all configurations )

Unfortunately, Discord does not allow a way to determine if your account has been removed from the platform in order to process our deletion of your data.
